「天皇」を持ち出す韓国の愚

日本軍慰安婦は“天皇制”で解ける

「普遍性」を使う韓国人

　同様の話題が続き、読者にはうんざりしておられることと思う。しかし、これも1つのプロセスである。どうか、納涼の意義からも、ご辛抱の上、お付き合いをお願いする。

　表題は修士論文とのことだが、先稿で紹介した「韓国ドラ マの視聴が韓国のイメージに及ぼす影響」と題する博士論文といい、言葉は悪いが、よくぞ、その程度のテーマで学位論文請求といえたものだ、との率直な感想を筆者は抱いた。

　たとえば、竹島が決して韓国領ではないことを研究成果で示したゲリー・ビバース氏のような人物は、大学（韓国・加川医科学大学）から追放し、プロパガンダに役立ちそうな論文を書く者を持ち上げて重用する。この傾向が強まるほど、その国の学問は「真実」から遊離し、むしろ同国が好む「普遍性」から遠ざかる。

　強いて「普遍性」を見出すとすれば、絶えず嘘八百を世界に放ち、自国のあらゆる瑕（きず）を「日本」に転嫁しては騒ぐ。その変わらぬ国民体質にある、といえるのかもしれない。そのプロパガンダのための論文に「普遍性」を冠したとしても、韓国の現在に至るまでの「娼婦」の壮大な歴史を逆証明するのみで、世界には意外と多い良識の嘲笑を買うだけである。恥を知るべきだ。

許せぬ「天皇」の悪用

　あの理不尽な米下院決議可決（7月30日）以来、“性奴隷”を日本に転嫁した捏造宣伝が勢いを増しているが、いよいよ「天皇」を持ち出した点に、これ以上、看過し得ない「国辱」がある。「天皇」に関する論議があるとしても、それは日本国民のものであるはずで、他国民がむざむざと、しかも“性奴隷”の捏造と並べ立てて論じるべきではないことは、読者もご承知の通りである。

　同記事に云く、『したがって男性－女性、軍人－民間人、日本民族－朝鮮民族が差別される天皇制国家の家父長主義、軍国主義、民族主義位階で最下位に置かれた朝鮮人女性は、切迫した戦争状況で何の遠慮もなく、政策的に動員することができた存在だったというのがイさんの分析だ』と。動員ではなく、朝鮮人業者の募集で集まったのが「韓国人娼婦」である。一般の軍人より高待遇を得ながら「商売」を続けていたのである。

　さらに云く、『日本軍慰安婦は娼婦ではない女性たちが性奴隷として動員されたということで当時、連合軍公娼制と区別され、動員された女性に対して殴打、罵倒、殺害の脅威が許容されたため、ドイツナチスの強制売春とも違う指摘した』とある。 虚構である。こうした虚構に対して、日本の省庁や政府が沈黙を続ければ、韓国による捏造の「事実化」はさらにエスカレートするであろう。

【レビュー】小野田寛郎氏の証言

　読者はご存知のことと思う。小野田氏の「私が見た従軍慰安婦の正体」と題する「正論」への寄稿をご一読いただきたい。冒頭に、小野田氏は『首相の靖国神社参拝や従軍慰安婦の問題は、全く理由のない他国からの言いがかりで、多くの方々が論じているところだ。南京大虐殺と同様多言を弄することもあるまいと感じていたのだが、未だに妄言・暴言が消え去らない馬鹿さ加減に呆れている』と、他国（特定国）の言いがかりのおぞましさを斬っておられる。

　続いて、『戦後六十年、大東亜戦争に出征し戦場に生きた者たちが少なくなりつつある現今、私は証言として、「慰安婦」は完全な「商行為」であったことを書き残そうと考えた』、と寄稿の趣旨を述べられている。『「慰安婦」は完全な「商行為」であった』。ここが重要である。「商行為」。つまり、現地人の業者が娼婦を公募し、商売していたのである。ご存知の読者はおられると思うが、その広告の一例を表題に紹介する。

　この広告は、むしろ、韓国の言い分を否定する証拠である。「慰安婦を募集！月給300円以上！3000円まで借金が可能！」と娼婦業の募集を示すもので、“従軍”も“強制”も存在していない。警察官（巡査）の初任給が45円の時代だったそうだ。まさに高給である。

　小野田氏はこうも記されている。『大東亜戦争時、戦場には「慰安婦」は確かに存在した。当時は公娼が認められている時代だったのだから至極当然である。 野戦に出征した将兵でなくとも、一般に誰でも「従軍看護婦」と言う言葉は常識として知っていたが、「従軍慰安婦」と言う言葉は聞いた者も、また、使った者もいまい。それは日本を貶める為に後日作った造語であることは確かだ』と。

　この小野田氏の指摘は、筆者の遠縁（はるかに年長）をはじめ、多くの戦争経験者の言資と一致する。つまり、“従軍慰安婦”が政府関係者の言資に登場したのは、戦後はるかに50年を経ようかとしていた1993年の「河野談話」であった。小野田氏は寄稿を次のように締めくくられている。

　『「従軍慰安婦」なるものは存在せず、ただ戦場で「春を売る女性とそれを仕切る業者」が軍の弱みにつけ込んで利益率のいい仕事をしていたと言うだけのことである。こんなことで騒がれては、被害者はむしろ高い料金を払った兵士と軍の方ではないのか』と。まさに本質を衝いた言葉だ。

【筆者記】

　博物館等への反駁、クレームは専門家に任せた方がよい、とのご意見をいただいた。感謝する。勿論、専門家に反論していただければ一番よい。だが、現実に、専門家がなかなか動かないため、先ず、速やかに対応可能なＮＰＯの活動が必要なのである。省庁や役所に反論してもらえばよい、とのご意見もある。だが、省庁や役所が「反論」に機能していれば、今日のような事態には及ばなかったはずだ。

　「虚構」による国辱が起これば、それに対しては「真実」をもって反駁する。この行動は、いかなる主権国家においても、外務上で実行すべき「当然」の権利であり、且つ国家が自国民に対して果たすべき当然の「義務」であることは先稿に述べた通りである。省庁や政治家の腰が重ければ、その「尻」に国民が火をつければよい。火がついては困る「カチカチ山の狸」もいるかもしれないが。

　なお、本日（17日）午後、海外協力員を募集させていただいたところ、現時点までに、国内を含む、12ヶ国28名の諸氏から協力申し出をいただいている。刻々と増え続けており、大変に心強い。1年以内に、100ヶ国、500名以上の協力網を構築させていただければ有り難い。みなさまと一致協力して国辱退治に臨みたい。
