　以前、必要があって韓国大使館に各種の質問を電話でしました。いわゆる電話インタビューです。すらすらと日本語で答えました。色々な質問の後に、竹島について、なぜ、国際司法裁判所で争わないのか訊いてみました。いきなり日本語が通じなくなり、罵倒の末に一方的に切られました。韓国外務省は、失態によって反韓を世界に拡げていると韓国内で問題になっているのだと韓国人留学生に後日説明されましたが、在外公館としてあまりにも非道い対応に驚いたのは事実です。
　中国の資料や、欧米の研究者の見解もほとんどが「竹島は日本領」です。違うと云うなら、国際司法裁判所で平和的かつ法的に決着させれば良いのであって、法廷に出ないのは自分達が「違法占領」している事を実は認識しているからだ、と世界は思っています。法的に問題が有る以上、自衛隊を出せなくても海上保安庁と機動隊、つまり「司法官憲」を動員し、海上封鎖してでも取り返すべきです。違法を放置していたら、日本は法治国家ではなく放置国家になってしまいます。
　庇を貸して母屋を取られる愚は冒したくはないでしょう？　あなたの家の一室を知人に貸したら、なぜか家を丸ごと取られたらどうします？　「事後法」が平然と通用する、つまり、法治国家ではない国をまともな相手と思ったら間違いです。ロシアや中国だって、領土問題について対話の用意は有りますが、韓国にはそれすら有りません。となれば、国際法の許す限りの全ての方法を使って奪還すべきです。何しろ、今や対馬や隠岐、なぜか沖縄の領有権まで主張しているのです。
　国際司法裁判所に出るか謝罪して返すかを選択させるべき時なのです。

　【ソウル＝浅野好春】韓国の柳明桓(ユミョンファン)外交通商相は１９日午前、重家俊範駐韓日本大使を外交通商省に呼び出し、文部科学省が中学社会科の新学習指導要領の解説書に竹島を日本固有の領土と明記する方針を固めたことに関し、事実関係を確認するよう強く要求した。

　韓国外務省報道官によると、柳外相は「（文科省の方針が）事実である場合、我が国固有の領土の領有権を損なう不当な企てだ。日本側は即刻是正すべきだ」と指摘。重家大使はこれに対し、「韓国政府の立場を本国に伝える」と述べた。

　この日の大使呼び出しは、李明博(イミョンバク)大統領が１９日朝、日本政府に事実確認と是正措置を求めるよう柳外相に指示したのを受けて行われた。
